Artist and Crafter's Information
All work must be juried. If you have not
participated in our Arts & Crafts Show before, bring a
sample of your work to the Gallery and be prepared to
leave it with us. All work must be handcrafted by
the artisans.
If you have been juried by another Arts organization,
please let us know.
Work delivery
We would like the Artist to bring his/her work to the
Gallery November 20th to 23rd, during office hours 1:00 -
5:00 p.m., Tuesday through Friday.
All work is to be priced & labeled with initials as per
inventory sheet. Inventory sheets will be supplied.
The Arts Council keeps 20 percent of the sales, excluding
provincial sales tax, no GST is charged. Eighty percent
is paid to the Artists.
Accounts Payable closing date will be December 16th.The
balance from the sales, December 15th to 23rd, will be
processed by January 15th. 2008.
Work Pick-up
Work must be picked up between 4:30-5:30 pm on
December 23rd, 2007, or by special arrangement. Any works left
after 120 days will become the property of the Arts
Council of New Westminster.
Miniature paintings will be accepted, maximum size of art
work 3"x 4". |
