We are now accepting enrolment of children aged 6-10 in our

Children's Summer School of the Arts

 August 25, 26, 27, 28, from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm daily.
Cost: $85.00 per child.

 If you wish to enrol your child(ren), please return this enrolment form and payment no later than August 20, 2008.

Cheques may be post dated August 20th. 2008.

We would like the child(ren) to be at the Arts Council Gallery in Queens Park, New Westminster at: 9:50 a.m.

Please make sure that they are wearing comfortable clothes and shoes. If you do not want any paint on their clothes please provide a smock or an old shirt to cover up your child(ren). Child(ren) who are disruptive will be sent home.

Each child is to bring:

• bag lunch daily (marked with the child's name) and a drink

• one ice cream pail or large plastic container for projects using water
